Return & Refund Policy

At Velnoria Ayurveda we want every woman who orders from us to feel confident in her purchase. If something isn't quite right, here's how we handle returns and refunds.

Return window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the product is:

• Unused, unopened and in its original packaging
• With seal intact and all original tags
• Accompanied by the original invoice

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or used unless they are damaged or defective.

Damaged or wrong items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video at velnoriaayurveda@gmail.com

We will arrange a free pickup and replacement or refund.

How to request a return

1. Email us at velnoriaayurveda@gmail.com or WhatsApp 9610842396 with your order number and reason.
2. Our team will respond within 24 hours with a Return Authorization.
3. We'll arrange a Shiprocket pickup from your address.
4. Once we receive and inspect the item (within 3–5 business days), we'll process your refund.

Refunds

• Online prepaid orders: Refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
• COD orders: Refunded as a bank transfer (UPI/IMPS) within 5–7 business days after approval. The ₹99 COD advance is non-refundable except in cases of damage/defect.
• Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
• Reverse-pickup charges of ₹100 may apply for non-defective returns.

Order cancellation

You can cancel your order before it has been dispatched by contacting us. Once dispatched, the standard return process applies.

Non-returnable items

• Used or opened products
• Items purchased on final-sale or clearance
• Free gifts received with purchase
• Items returned without original packaging
