1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or have parental consent) and capable of forming a legally binding contract to use our website and place orders.

2. Account

When you register, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Products & pricing

• All product descriptions, images and prices are for general information. We reserve the right to modify them at any time.
• Prices are listed in INR (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• While we strive for accuracy, occasional pricing or stock errors may occur. We reserve the right to cancel orders affected by such errors.
• Product results vary by individual. No specific outcome is guaranteed.

4. Orders & payment

• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment (online) or upon advance COD payment.
• Cash on Delivery: A non-refundable COD advance of ₹99 is collected at order placement. The balance is paid to the courier on delivery.
• Online Payment: Customers paying online via Razorpay receive an automatic discount of ₹49.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.

5. Shipping

Orders are dispatched within 24 business hours via Shiprocket and our partner couriers. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days across India. Tracking information is shared via SMS/email after dispatch.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and product photographs — is the property of Velnoria Ayurveda or its licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

• Our products are intended for external cosmetic use only. They are not medicines.
• Conduct a patch test before first use. Discontinue if irritation occurs.
• If you are pregnant, nursing, or have a medical condition, consult a doctor before use.
• We do not guarantee specific cosmetic results — outcomes depend on individual skin and consistent use.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Velnoria Ayurveda shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
